How to use a liquid nitrogen tank

The liquid nitrogen tank is mainly used to store liquid nitrogen and store samples. If it is not handled properly, it will cause damage to the tank. In order to avoid unnecessary loss, please follow the instructions during use. If you don't know how to use, you can contact we

1.Before using the liquid nitrogen tank, check whether the vacuum exhaust port of the container is intact, whether the thermal insulation effect is intact, whether the surface is frosted, and whether the shell is sunken.

2.Secondly, check the inside of the tank for foreign matter to prevent the inner tank from being corroded.

3.Fill with liquid nitrogen. For a new liquid nitrogen tank or a dry tank, it must be slowly filled and pre-cooled to prevent the temperature from being too fast to damage the inner tank and reduce the service life.

1.The vacuum port of the liquid nitrogen tank adopts a repeatable suction structure. Please do not move it to avoid affecting the cooling performance.

2.When storing liquid nitrogen, the liquid nitrogen tank should be horizontal and vertical to the ground, and it should be placed in a cool, dry place with good ventilation indoors.

3.Liquid nitrogen tanks can only be placed upright when transported, and cannot be laid down. In order to prevent falling, they must be fixed with belts or other items. In order to mitigate the impact, sponge or other cushions should be used as the bottom.
