Ice machinedoes not make ice at all, how to solve it?
If your ice machine does not produce ice at all, or if it is produced smaller than usual, it usually indicates a blockage on the supply line.
Cause 1: A common cause of blockage is the frozen water in the line.
Fix: To fix a frozen line, slide the ice machine and unplug the power cord. Locate the shutoff valve and close the valve. You can also use a blower to defrost the water pipe or let the ice machine unplug the power supply within two hours. Then restore the power to the ice machine and listen to the water supply to fill the ice mold. If the blockage is translucent, consult a professional to help clear the blockage.
Cause 2: The water filter of the ice machine may also be clogged.
Repair: Find and replace the water filter. The ice machine's filter is usually located inside the ice machine (to prevent freezing).
