1. It may be that the snow ice machine is not in the same position. The solution is to twist the fine adjustment screw on the bottom of the ice machine to fine tune the height. When the fine adjustment screw touches the ground, the four feet touch the ground.
2. There are items on the top of the snowflake ice machine. The ice machine and the items placed on top of it will resonate when the motor starts, causing noise. Moving the items on the top of the snowflake ice machine will prevent it from resonating, and the noise will naturally be eliminated.
3. Something fell into the interior of the snowflake ice machine.
Solution: After cutting off the ice machine power, remove the small items that fall into the machine and the noise will disappear.
